(More customer reviews)This trailer came in six (6) boxes on delivery day!It takes many hours to assemble (approximately 5 1/2 hrs.), but is well worth the time.So easy to load & unload the kayaks!We even plan to store our kayaks upside down on the trailer during off seasons.As we began assembling, we noticed a problem with one tire, we were sent a tire that had only 4 hub holes rather than five.After going onto Amazon and getting nowhere, I contacted Malone (located in Maine) directly and couldn't have asked for better service.They immediately sent out the correct tire & a return shipping label so the four hub tire could be easily returned. Definitely would call Malone directly in the future for anything.
