The plate is riveted on to the hitch cover to finish that look for you. Comes with the pin and clip to secure your icon trailer hitch cover in the receiver. It is standard to fit a 2 inch receiver. Also included is high density foam to eliminate that annoying rattle that occurs with many other hitch covers.
